SMS Privacy Policy

Atlas Aeronautik Inc. ("Atlas Aeronautik", "we", "us", or "our") may use SMS text messaging to send operational, administrative, IT, security, system, emergency, or other business-related notifications to individuals who have expressly opted in to receive such messages.

When you opt in to our SMS notification service, we may collect and process information necessary to provide the service, including:

• Your name;

• Your mobile telephone number;

• Your SMS opt-in or opt-out status;

• Information related to the delivery of SMS messages; and

• Other information that you voluntarily provide in connection with the SMS service.

Information collected through the SMS service is used to:

• Send authorized SMS notifications and alerts;

• Administer and operate the SMS notification service;

• Maintain records of consent and opt-out requests;

• Troubleshoot SMS delivery issues; and

• Meet applicable security, compliance, and legal requirements.

Atlas Aeronautik uses SMTP2GO and associated telecommunications providers to facilitate delivery of SMS messages.

Information necessary to deliver an SMS message, including your mobile telephone number, may therefore be processed by service providers involved in transmitting the message.

We do not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers collected for the SMS notification service.

SMS consent and mobile telephone information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Participation in the SMS notification service is voluntary.

By opting in, you authorize Atlas Aeronautik to send SMS messages to the mobile telephone number you provide for the purposes described at the time of enrollment.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Atlas Aeronautik.

You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to an SMS message.

After an opt-out request has been processed, you will no longer receive messages associated with that SMS program unless you provide consent again.

Atlas Aeronautik takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Personal information associated with the SMS service will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable legal, security, compliance, or recordkeeping requirements.
